After almost two weeks of induction, I'm starting to get really dizzy every time I stand up. But I'm drinking plenty of water and don't suffer from low blood pressure. When this started, my sugar cravings also came back. Is this normal? |

A lot of people get dizzy on low carb. You need to eat more veggies. Your body is switching over from sugar burning mode to fat burning. It usually adjusts by the end of the second week. |

I also had this happen to me. I contacted my doctor and he said that it is probably low sugar although it would right itself eventually, in the mean time just eat a spoon of peanut butter. It worked and now I have no dizzy feeling. |

This happened to me. Mine was so bad I passed out and had to go to the emergencey room. The doctor stated this was due to low blood sugar from dieting and not eating enough carbs. After eating a large carb inriched meal i fealt one hundred times better. Be carefull when dieting. What would happen if I was driving? |
