WHEN I DID MY INDUCTION MY BODY LOOKED LIKE I HAD LOST WEIGHT, BUT THE SCALE DIDN'T SHOW ANY CHANGES. WHY IS THAT? |

hey just stick with it,, do akins all the way cut no corners i was 285.. 3 months ago.. now in 248.. i do eat out some.. i take 2 carb. blocker when i eat out.. i am dietibic.. was on 2 pills a day,, had hi blood presasure ,,now no pills and blood sugar is great,, sex is even better lol.. do it keep on it ..if u fall off,,, go right back...i also take coral callicum... |

hello... just wanted to let you know the reason you see changes in your body but not on the scales is that muscle weighs more than fat and on Atkins you lose fat and keep muscle, so you will notice inches lost before pounds. i know it's been a while since you posted this question, but there is the answer anyway. good luck ! ~Karin |

I'm going on my 5th week. Same thing...clothes somewhat looser, face thinner, scales, not much different. It is so depressing. I have been told not to get on the scales, also been told to get on the scales to be encouraged by the progress. Its so hard right now, but I am determined.
