HI READERS
I STARTED MY CARB DIET THREE WEEKS AGO, AND I WAS DOING GOOD, BUT AS SOON MY TWO WEEKS WAS UP AS I GOT INTO KETOSIS, I STARTED EATING CARBS, AND SUGAR LIKE CRAZY, ONLY BECAUSE I ENJOY THE FLAVOR.
HOW CAN I AVOID THIS FROM HAPPENING, AND IS IT SAFE TO GO INTO KETOSIS AGAIN?

Call the Atkins 800 number to discuss the going into ketosis question...
the only thing I question about what you said is that you went back to sugar and carbs because they taste good...there are a zillion lo-carb snacks to substitute for the "goodies" and maybe you need a support group like Overeater's Anonymous...not everyone thinks alike, but alot of people are aware of sugar as an addiction, hence carbs which turn into sugar are an issue...they also deal with the issue of overeating as a problem...but I'd deal with the specific sugar/carb issue if possible...There's also therapy as a support to your food issues...good luck!

try try again adkins doesnt know it all and you do not have to be in ketosis to lose weight....go to walmart get russell stover sugar free candies they are too good try them..remember to subtract sugar alcohol from carb count also try the pure delite candy at the health food store

I too have a question about the ketosis, what color am I looking for? and how often do you have to check,each morning or what?
