I have been doing WW what seems like FOREVER AND GOT TIRED OF COUNTING ALL THOSE PTS ALL THE TIME AND STILL NOT ABLE TO LOSE TODAY IS MY 2ND WEEK OF INDUCTION LOST 3LBS FIRST WEEK BUT I CONTRIBUTE IT TO MY HAVING TO TAKE DIURETICS. ANYONE EVER TRY L TAURINE FOR DIURETICS? I REALLY HOPE THIS WORKS. iCED tEA CAFFEINE PLAIN SLOWED MY WT. LOSS I KNEW I WAS OUT OF KETOSIS I WAS HUNGRY AND FIGURED IT HAD TO BE THE TEA. ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS?

I am a new one on this i have never put a message on this page..Just wanted to say i had been on ww to for a while, the first time i was on it i lost 60 pounds than i gained it bac.
Anyways what i wanted to say was i have been on adtkins for 2 months i started out at 203 and i am down to 184.. I am so excited that it is working so good and i love it..I do not miss the breads and pasta at all..I have my husband and teen daughter on it and they are doing very good to..good luck
