I have been stuck for 2 plus months, I went back to the introduction diet and lost 5 more pounds, then I started a work out program, I've only gone twice to the work out but I gained back the 5 pounds. I"ve lost close to 45 pounds and can't seem to move past it, I have about 100 more to go. Becoming very discouraged. Any suggestions Please
