This is my first time at this website, so you may already have shared your recipes. If so tell me.

This is my 2nd time to be on Atkins diet and have done well both times. Now I and my husband have been doing it for the last 3 months. I started it again because of the HIGH blood counts that I have (you don't want to know). I only have 5 lbs to go.
I would like to have some new recipes and would love to share mine.

1/2 cup worthington veggie burger in a can
2 slices american cheese
2 tablespoons La Costena Salsa or salsa of choice
1/2 cup cottage cheese 2%fat
1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)

take veg burger mix with olive oil and salsa place cheese on top melt in microwave remove, mix with cottage cheese......hey its good even with out cottage cheese

total carb 9 grams
total protien 33grams

other options add austex hot dog sauce...its like chilli 1 tablespoon
