I have been on Atkins for about 2 weeks. I lost 6 pounds the first week and lost about a 1/2 pound my second week. After reading many posts I am finding that the reason I didn't loose on the second week is because I started eating the Atkins bars. I only have 1 a day yet it must be the problem. I like the convience of a bar when I don't have time to prepare something. I also like them as a treat. My question is...are there any other bars out there that don't stall like the Atkins bars, or are they all the same? Also, are the shakes a better alternative or do they have the same effect. I would hate to give them up because they keep me going!
