I try to stay under 20 carbs everyday. I also work out 5 days a week. Because of my bad Thyroid, this is the only way to maintain my weight, but I can't lose the last stubborn pounds I'd like to. I have never ever been able to get one of those sticks to turn even remotely pink, let alone purple. So does that mean that I have never actually been in ketosis? If I could somehow get into it would I lose? I can't imagne I could go lower than 15 - 20 carbs and still have the energy to run 5 days a week. Help!
