i was just wondering what are the best choices for lo-carb eating if i am going for a chinese meal. someone told me anything in garlic sauce is that true? any other choices?

Probably steamed vegtables plain no rice etc. The soup may be ok too. Thats about it. Chinese Food is not a goood place to eat on a diet
