We've had a terrible time with Ruby Tuesday's! Of course, if you just get salad bar, you'll be fine. But if you order off the menu, beware! They won't substitute a vegetable for their potatoes and onion straws, and they charged us extra for broccoli!

Sam,
This is one of the reasons people stopped going to this restaurant here in Buffalo and they eventually closed. May I recommend TGI Friday's? They're very flexible and willing to work with you once you state you have medical reasons for changing their menu options. Another good place, if it's in your area, is Applebee's. Let me know how you make out.
Good Luck, Jenn |

Went to applebee's yesterday and they were very okay with subsituting fries for broccoli and served my grilled chicken sandwich without the bread. Topped with cheddar cheese and bacon. |

Has anyone had luck in getting any type of carb counts from Applebee's or Denny's? They have a low fat nutrition count but not low carb. At Applebee's, we were told to contact the corporate office, we did, left a message 3 weeks ago and so far, zilch. The manager was even on the Atkins diet but had never been able to get a nutrition count with carbs and fiber.Do you know any website taht might have these carb counts. I have been doing a search from restuarants with nutrition counts but no Applebees or Denny's. Any help would be appreciated.
