I've been on Atkins/lo carb for 17 months...I've stopped losing...it is partly my locarb snacking ...Besides the option not enjoying the locarb bread, bars etc...which makes more sense?...to start cutting back on the amounts of what I'm eating (o carb foods)...or eat foods that are less fatty...or less calories....exercise is on and off for me...I do not plan to go off locarbs but I could use some experienced feedback...Thanks...CG
