This is a small family owned Italian joint in the BWI area.

When there was little on the menu that I could have I coached them on preparing a dish that I could. They grilled a chicken breast and then put some alfredo sauce over it. They fished the jar out so I could read the label. 3 carbs per 1/4 cup-not bad. A salad finished it.
