I have been doing the no-carb/atkins diet for 1 week now. I am doing fine with "induction", and am staying below or at 20g of carbs per day. My question is: I am also taking Stacker 2. It is a popular fat burning pill, which includes epheda, caffiene, and asprin. Do you think the caffiene could be hindering my weight loss? So far, not one pound gone... I know it's only been a week, but I thought this is when I'd really be starting to see results. I would appreciate any answers/comments. Feel free to e-mail me as well.

I would recommend doing Atkins without anything else. I lost 14lbs in 3 weeks doing only atkins. The caffeine alone could definitely hinder your weight loss! Drink water, lots and lots of water. That can not be stressed enough! Good luck to you!

I would suggest the Atkins supplments they have available. I took the 14 day starter kit that had the Accel - ephedrine -free thermogenc formula and did really well.
