I came up with this luncheon idea this summer when craving a low carb, different, lunch entre. Have served it to guests and they have all gone nuts over it!

Deli Fold-ups

Basil Spread: 1 T. mayonnaise, 1 T. soft cream cheese, 1 large fresh basil leaf chopped
Mix all ingredients together.

2 large iceberg lettuce leaves
2 butter lettuce leaves
Thin slice of purple onion
Thin slide of tomato
Peppercini peppers
1 slice deli turkey
1 slice black forest ham
1 slice Havati cheese (or other white cheese)

Lay out iceberg lettuce leaves and spread each with 1 T. of Basil Spread.Put butter lettuce leaf on top, then start layering other ingredients putting the meats and cheese first, then adding the veggies. Fold over (like a taco) and eat with your hands.
